1. Cancellation Policy
Tickets can be cancelled only under the following conditions:

2. How to Cancel
Online Cancellation:
- Login to your account
- Go to "My Bookings"
- Select the booking you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel Booking" button
- Confirm cancellation
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Convenience fee and payment gateway charges are non-refundable
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email
4. Non-Cancellable Situations
Tickets cannot be cancelled in the following cases:
- Less than 12 hours before show time
- After the show has started
- Special events and premieres
- Promotional offers and discounted bookings
5. Movie Cancellation by Cinema
If the cinema cancels a show:
- Full refund of ticket amount (100%)
- Refund processed within 24-48 hours
- Automatic notification via email/SMS
6. Technical Issues
In case of technical problems during the show:
- Management will offer replacement tickets
- Or provide full refund at your discretion
- No additional compensation
7. Food & Beverage Orders
Food and beverage orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once placed.
